Chief Project Manager

He is a corporate member of the Nigeria society of Engineers (NSE) and a registered member of the council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN). What stands him out is his in-depth experience in construction and Engineering spanning over 30 years.

Unquestionably, his amazing track record proves he is a trustworthy and credible veteran in his field. He obtained his B.Eng (Hon) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

He worked in the past, with prime engineering construction COY.LTD, Donnapolz Nig LTD, Gloris Konsult Kano, Trustcon Nig LTD, Complete Engineering Kano and shelter works Engineering LTD.

In his colourful career, he has done the following works; Construction of buildings, staff quarters and civil works for game facilities at Wonderland Recreation Park (project cost 1.15billion), design and supervision of the construction of flood/erosion control measures at the Orlu township, Orlu LGA, Imo state(cost of project 225 million), construction of 12 no. Base stations for V.Mobile (now Airtel) in various states of the federation like Kano, sokoto,kebbi, katsina, zamfara, Jigawa states(cost of project 96 million), Design/supervision of construction of access roads, parking bays, retaining walls, drainage channels, and other external works for the VETERINARY COUNCIL HEADQUARTERS, Zambezi Crescent Maitama Abuja(project cost 40million), supervision of the construction of the federal customary customary court of Appeal, Shere, near Mpape Abuja for M/S Zartarz construction LTD( project cost 300million), supervision of construction of works for completion of main blocks, shinning star college, Kubwa Abuja(project cost 100million) design of residential development for development for Seasan Isola at Gwarinpa, design of hostel development for Bia-ara international Ltd, along Ede Road, ILE-IFE, central LGA Osun state (cost of project 200million), design and supervision of Admin Block for the National power training institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN), Wupa, Idu, Abuja (cost of project 1.2 billion), supervision of Nile university of Nigeria Abuja, male and female dining halls (cost of project 2 billion), construction of gwarinpa district hospital Abuja (cost of project 8billion), design and supervision of Doveland Schools Abuja (4 billion) Abuja and many others…

He is a certified member of the prestigious body of COREN and has gained over 30 years of experience in the field of Engineering. In 1989, he got his technical college school diploma certificate from the Federal Ministry of Education and also took his Trade Test II and III in the Federal Ministry of Education , Labour & Productivity. He obtained his ND in Civil Engineering from Kaduna State Polytechnic, Kaduna in 1995, after which he further obtained his HND Certificate in Civil Engineering Certificate from the same Kaduna State Polytechnic in 1999.He has gathered over 30 years of technical experience in his career as a Civil Engineer. He worked at Ila Local Government Secretariat as an Ass. Tech Supervisor in 1988 – 1989. In 1989, he worked as the Head-Man at Jafco Construction Company at Kaduna. He later joined Fenix Construction Company (Kaduna) where he worked as a foreman from 1990-1992. He was promoted to the post of General Foreman in that same company within the year 1995-1998 due to his high performance and efficiency. He was promoted again to the post of a Site Engineer from 1999-2001 in that same firm. In 2001, he worked as the Asst. Project Manager at Horizontal Investment Nig. Ltd Abuja where he over saw and managed the development of Estate Building of 500 units at Kabusa Gardens , FCT Area, Abuja. He further went to become a Project Manager at Bisacode Nig. Ltd Kaduna where he undertook projects such as the Building of 5 Bedroom Duplex , Renovation of church buildings (Christian Pentecostal Mission HQ, Suleja and Christ Healing Church , Aladura , Apata Ibadan) , Construction of a block of 2 storey building and Construction of a swimming pool.He is presently the Managing Director at Fepso & Sons Nig. Ltd. (2001 till date ) and ZAZ Construction Nig. Ltd (2014 till date) where he has undertaken and completed so many projects. Under the umbrella of ZAZ Construction Nig .Ltd (Abuja), he undertook and completed the College of Education Bitchi Kano, Kano state in 2014. He has undertaken and completed so many projects at Fepso & Sons Nig. Ltd such as; Estate Development (Block of duplex building ) for Intercontinental Bank (properties Dept) at Hill Crescent, Mabushi Abuja , Borehole Project at Savanna Estate, Durumi II, Apo, Abuja, Block of story Building 4 floors at AMAC PLAZA WING A” Zone 3 , Abuja, Relocation & Redistribution of water pipeline at Awawa Village along Abuja-Abaji road project, 20,000 capacity each/ Overhead and Ground water Reservoir at Park Palace Hotel, Water treatment plant project at Sokoto state Governor’s house , Texaco Filling Station at Kwamba Along Suleja , Minna Road and many more.
